For payments and identity checks, VocaVoIP is a secure conduit, not a store. A caller enters sensitive details on their keypad; we pass them straight to your processor or system of record and hand back only the result. We never store card numbers or personal identifiers, and your live agent never sees them.

  • Agents see only the outcome: approved, declined, verified.

  • If personal info is ever spoken by accident, the transcript is destroyed and logged.
